Job Description
We are building the autonomous infrastructure of tomorrow. As a Senior AI Agentic Engineer at Nexus Horizon Systems, you will be at the forefront of the 2026 technological revolution, designing intelligent agents that operate independently, reason through complex problems, and execute multi-step workflows without human intervention.
We are looking for a visionary developer who is passionate about the intersection of Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, and Software Engineering. If you are ready to define the standards for autonomous software in the coming decade, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Architect Agentic Workflows: Design and implement complex, multi-agent systems that leverage LLMs to perform high-level reasoning and autonomous task execution.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize foundation models for specific domain tasks to ensure high accuracy and low latency in production environments.
- Tool Integration: Build robust interfaces connecting AI agents to external APIs, databases, and legacy systems to execute real-world actions.
- Self-Correction Systems: Implement feedback loops and guardrails that allow agents to recognize errors, hallucinations, and safety violations, self-correcting before failure.
- Scalability & Performance: Engineer systems capable of handling thousands of concurrent autonomous agents with high throughput and low latency.
- Research & Prototyping: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI paradigms (e.g., AutoGPT, ReAct patterns) and prototype new capabilities for the 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML or Machine Learning Engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python (PyTorch/TensorFlow) and experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Hugging Face.
- Architecture: Strong understanding of microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Data Skills: Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, open-ended problems and designing systems that are both robust and scalable.
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
