Responsibilities
- Spearhead Research: Lead the design and implementation of novel deep learning algorithms focused on emergent AGI capabilities.
- Model Training: Oversee the training and fine-tuning of large-scale language and vision models using proprietary datasets.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product teams to translate cutting-edge research into scalable production systems.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all models adhere to strict safety guidelines and ethical standards regarding bias and transparency.
- Publication & Patents: Contribute to academic literature and secure intellectual property for novel methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in deep learning, machine learning, or artificial intelligence research.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; proven experience with transformer architectures and LLMs.
- Mathematical Maturity: Strong background in linear algebra, calculus, probability, and optimization theory.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, undefined problems with innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder presentations.
