Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and sustainable tech
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for potential acquisition/partnerships
- Present strategic blueprints to stakeholders and investors
- Oversee prototyping of experimental technologies in our Innovation Lab
- Establish industry partnerships with leading research institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or biotech integration
- Experience developing multi-year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in peer-reviewed technology journals
- Strong network connections with global tech innovation hubs
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
