Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-neural hybrid algorithms for next-gen AI applications
- Lead research in adaptive AI systems that self-learn across distributed networks

- Collaborate with neuroscientists to create biologically-inspired learning models
- Translate theoretical breakthroughs into production-ready solutions for Fortune 500 partners
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum machine learning and explainable AI
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Computational Neuroscience (2020-2026 graduates encouraged)
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier AI/quantum conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, QIP)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, PennyLane, Cirq)
- Proficiency with neuromorphic computing (Intel Loihi, IBM TrueNorth) and spiking neural networks
- Experience with distributed AI training across quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Demonstrated ability to secure research grants from NSF, DARPA, or similar institutions
