Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-level architecture for autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems using modern frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, etc.).
- Optimize LLM performance, reducing latency and cost while maximizing output quality through fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
- Build robust pipelines for data ingestion, vector storage, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, Engineering) to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI model governance and safety.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in Generative AI and evaluate emerging tools to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience building and deploying LLM applications (RAG, Fine-tuning, Function Calling).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
