Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain high-performance 2D rendering engines using HTML5 Canvas, SVG, and WebGL.
- Optimize rendering performance to ensure 60fps animations on high-resolution displays.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate static mockups into interactive, animated user interfaces.
- Develop and integrate complex mathematical models for data visualization and physics simulations.
- Debug and troubleshoot rendering issues across different browsers and devices.
- Contribute to the technical roadmap for next-generation 2D web technologies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development with a focus on 2D graphics.
- Deep expertise in the HTML5 Canvas API, SVG manipulation, and requestAnimationFrame.
- Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and CSS3.
- Experience with animation libraries (GSAP, Anime.js) and physics engines (Matter.js, Box2D).
- Experience with WebGL or Three.js (for 2D context) is a major plus.
- Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
