Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ in quantum/AI domains
- Expertise in quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) and neural architecture
- Proven track record scaling tech teams to 50+ engineers
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Physics or demonstrable expertise
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, IEEE) preferred
- Deep knowledge of blockchain and Web3 ecosystems
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
