What You’ll Do
In this role, you will own the visual direction of our projects. You will collaborate with UX researchers, product managers, and developers to ensure that every pixel serves a purpose.
Responsibilities
- Design high-fidelity 2D illustrations, icons, and assets tailored for web and mobile interfaces.
- Create custom animations and motion graphics to enhance user engagement and storytelling.
- Collaborate with the UX team to translate wireframes and user flows into visual concepts.
- Optimize all graphic assets for web performance and cross-device compatibility.
- Maintain and evolve the company's brand guidelines and design system.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentor junior designers to foster a collaborative creative environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D graphic design and illustration.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma.
- A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing 2D motion graphics and UI illustrations.
- Experience with prototyping tools and a basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
- Excellent visual storytelling skills and the ability to simplify complex information.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
