Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality 2D motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, social media, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate closely with the creative director and copywriters to ensure visual concepts align with project goals.
- Develop storyboards, wireframes, and visual scripts to visualize project timelines and animation flows.
- Optimize video files and animations for various platforms, ensuring fast load times without compromising quality.
- Maintain and update a library of reusable assets, templates, and effects to improve workflow efficiency.
- Stay current with emerging design trends, software updates, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in 2D motion graphics, animation, or graphic design.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating motion graphics skills and storytelling ability.
- Deep understanding of timing, spacing, easing, and visual hierarchy in motion design.
- Experience working within an Agile or fast-paced creative agency environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate creative concepts to non-design stakeholders.
