Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance 2D rendering solutions using HTML5 Canvas, SVG, and WebGL.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate complex motion concepts into fluid, interactive animations.
- Optimize rendering performance for mobile and desktop browsers, ensuring 60fps animations.
- Develop reusable 2D component libraries and tools that enhance team productivity.
- Maintain and refactor legacy 2D animation codebases for scalability and maintainability.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers on best practices in 2D graphics programming.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on 2D graphics.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Deep knowledge of the HTML5 Canvas API, SVG manipulation, and WebGL (Three.js or Pixi.js).
- Experience with animation libraries such as GSAP, Anime.js, or Framer Motion.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
