Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the development of scalable machine learning pipelines and neural networks.
- Lead the migration of legacy systems to next-gen 2026 tech stacks, ensuring zero downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex business requirements into robust AI solutions.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in Generative AI, Autonomous Systems, and Edge Computing.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain the highest technical standards.
- Define the long-term technical vision and strategy for AI infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of designing systems handling >1M requests per second.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance (GDPR/CCPA).
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to drive projects from concept to deployment.
