Responsibilities

- Author white papers and policy briefs for global tech summits

Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with demonstrated impact on 2020-2025 innovation cycles
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (or equivalent industry authority)
- Published research in Nature/Science on exponential technology forecasting
- Expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Track record of scaling technologies from lab to global markets
- Security clearance for federal innovation projects (preferred)
