Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Vision: Define and implement the strategic technical roadmap for the '2026' platform, ensuring scalability, resilience, and high performance.
- Cloud & Infrastructure Design: Design and optimize complex cloud-native architectures using AWS and Kubernetes, preparing systems for future quantum computing demands.
- AI Integration: Oversee the integration of advanced Machine Learning models into core infrastructure to drive automation and real-time decision-making.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous improvement.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all systems adhere to strict security protocols and industry compliance standards (SOC2, GDPR) from the ground up.
- Performance Optimization: Conduct deep-dive performance analysis and refactor legacy codebases to support high-throughput transaction processing.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a fast-paced tech environment.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, and Rust. Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform is mandatory.
- AI/ML Proficiency: Proven track record of integrating AI/ML pipelines into production environments.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-layered system failures.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon into business value for stakeholders.
