We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead the architectural design of our proprietary large-scale language models and autonomous agents.

Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural strategy for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and ethical AI compliance.
- Design and implement distributed machine learning pipelines using Python, Rust, and cloud-native infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and product managers to translate research into production-ready systems.
- Define technical standards and best practices for the AI research lab.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior architects and data scientists.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce computational costs for large-scale deployments.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Strong proficiency in software engineering principles, including system design, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with high-performance computing (HPC) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
