Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for our AI/ML portfolio, aligning with the company's 2026 strategic vision.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and designers to deliver high-impact products.
- Conduct deep technical analysis to identify opportunities for automation and AI integration.
- Partner with executive leadership to translate business goals into technical requirements.
- Oversee the full product lifecycle, from concept and prototyping to launch and iteration.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI usage and data governance.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 5 years focused on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Deep technical understanding of LLMs, NLP, and neural network architectures.
- Proven track record of launching successful SaaS products in the tech industry.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing engineering teams.
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
