Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Define the high-level technical strategy and system architecture for FutureCore's 2026 roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- System Design: Design scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems capable of handling high-throughput data streams and complex transactional loads.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Lead the migration and optimization of legacy infrastructure to modern, serverless, and microservices-based cloud environments.
- AI Integration: Oversee the integration of AI/ML models into core business logic, ensuring real-time inference and data processing capabilities.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, conducting code reviews, architectural reviews, and technical workshops.
- Security & Compliance: Implement enterprise-grade security protocols, ensuring full compliance with SOC2, GDPR, and emerging data privacy regulations.
- Performance Tuning: Proactively identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance to ensure sub-100ms latency for critical user interactions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Core Technologies: Deep expertise in designing systems using Go, Rust, Python, or TypeScript.
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive hands-on experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Azure, including Kubernetes and Docker orchestration.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Solid understanding of machine learning pipelines, data warehousing, and Large Language Model (LLM) integration.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of troubleshooting complex, multi-tiered systems under pressure.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
