Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of 2026-ready spatial user interfaces, ensuring seamless integration with AI-driven backends.
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to optimize rendering pipelines for low-latency, high-fidelity visual experiences.
- Mentor junior designers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous user research to validate interface paradigms and drive iterative design improvements.
- Define technical standards and best practices for the future of web and mobile spatial computing.
- Translate complex data sets into intuitive, actionable visual narratives.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating advanced spatial or 3D interface work.
- Proficiency in WebGL, Three.js, React Three Fiber, or similar immersive web technologies.
- Deep understanding of human-computer interaction principles, particularly in the context of extended reality (XR).
- Experience with AI integration and large language model (LLM) prompt engineering for interface generation.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
