Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Bioengineering, or related field with 8+ years
- Proven track record in scaling exponential technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Deep expertise in futures research methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi analysis)
- Published work in Nature/Science on emerging tech implications
- Experience with venture capital innovation cycles and tech commercialization
- Certified in AI ethics frameworks (IEEE/ISO) and quantum security protocols
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Q#)
