Responsibilities
- Assess and stabilize critical patients in emergency/trauma settings
- Administer medications and treatments per protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for rapid interventions
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on care plans
- Participate in trauma codes and emergency drills
Qualifications
- Active CA RN license (required)
- BSN degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years ER/trauma experience
- BLS, ACLS, TNCC certifications
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Team player with resilience under pressure
