Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care across diverse units including ER, ICU, and Med-Surg

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Florida (or compact state eligibility)
- BSN degree with 2+ years acute care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- EMR proficiency (Epic preferred)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- Spanish language skills highly valued
