As part of our elite Innovation Team, you'll lead the development of quantum-safe networks, hybrid classical-quantum architectures, and next-generation cooling systems. You'll collaborate with NASA, IBM Research, and MIT to push the boundaries of what's possible in quantum resilience and computational efficiency. Your work will directly impact industries from pharmaceuticals to climate modeling, enabling solutions previously deemed impossible.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing infrastructure supporting 10,000+ qubit systems
- Develop hybrid classical-quantum integration frameworks for enterprise applications
- Create quantum-safe network architectures resistant to 2026-era cyber threats
- Lead R&D in advanced cryogenic cooling systems for quantum processors
- Optimize quantum error correction protocols for real-world deployment
- Collaborate with hardware teams on photonic and superconducting qubit scalability
- Develop quantum software interfaces for legacy system integration
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years designing large-scale quantum computing or supercomputing infrastructure
- Expertise in quantum error correction protocols and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum networking protocols (QKD, teleportation)
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and quantum hardware integration
- Published research in quantum computing or related field preferred
- Security clearance or ability to obtain DoD/NASA clearance
