Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Conduct advanced research in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to prototype quantum circuits on next-generation processors
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks
- Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience

- Published papers in top-tier quantum computing conferences (QIP, IEEE QCE)
- Strong foundation in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and complexity theory
- Experience with high-performance computing and parallel processing
