- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants through NSF and DARPA partnerships

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or Quantum Information with 3+ years postdoc experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction protocols and fault-tolerant computing
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Published record in Nature/Science journals or IEEE Transactions
- Strong background in condensed matter physics and cryogenic systems
- Experience securing federal research grants (NSF, DOE, DARPA)
- Deep knowledge of tensor networks and quantum machine learning
