Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI initiatives, specifically targeting breakthrough capabilities for the 2026 release cycle.
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant deep learning pipelines and machine learning platforms using cloud-native technologies.
- Lead a high-performance team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust AI solutions.
- Optimize existing models for inference speed and cost-efficiency in high-volume production environments.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research, evaluating and integrating new methodologies to keep our technology competitive.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 4 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong experience with MLOps, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision architectures.
- Proven track record of delivering production-grade AI systems under tight deadlines.
