Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and ethics teams
- Anticipate regulatory and societal impacts of emerging technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget across 3 tech verticals
- Partner with academic institutions for joint research initiatives
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological ROI and ethical compliance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to market
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, etc.)
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in tech ethics or future trends
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
