Responsibilities

- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and secure patents for novel quantum methodologies
- Mentor PhD candidates and lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers
- Develop quantum machine learning frameworks for predictive analytics and autonomous systems
- Secure $5M+ in government and private research funding through compelling proposals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of quantum research experience
- Published peer-reviewed research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and high-performance computing
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction, topological qubits, and quantum supremacy
- Track record of translating theoretical concepts into practical quantum applications
- Experience securing DoE or NSF grants for quantum computing initiatives
