Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Design scalable architectures for autonomous systems and human-machine collaboration
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on future-tech ROI
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible AI deployment in regulated industries
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio with measurable KPIs for market readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record launching products with 3+ year development cycles
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, or decentralized systems
- Published thought leadership on future-tech trends (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (NIST, ISO/IEC)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and market disruption modeling
