- Establish stakeholder engagement protocols for transparent AI decision-making processes

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)

- Proven track record of designing AI ethics frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging US federal regulations
- Technical proficiency in AI model auditing tools and bias detection methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in AI Ethics or Responsible AI (e.g., IBM, Microsoft, or Stanford program)
