Responsibilities
- Design and optimize quantum algorithms for practical industrial applications
- Lead experimental quantum circuit development on superconducting and photonic platforms
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum machine learning models
- Author peer-reviewed publications and present findings at IEEE/APS conferences
- Manage quantum error mitigation protocols for fault-tolerant operations

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing experience with Qiskit/Cirq

- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement and decoherence principles
