Responsibilities
- Architect the Future: Design and oversee the implementation of the core technological roadmap for the 2026 release cycle, ensuring scalability and interoperability.
- Strategic Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Roadmap Execution: Define clear milestones and deliverables for the 2026 initiative, managing resources and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
- Tech Innovation: Evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Edge Computing) and integrate them into our architectural framework.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical realities.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical bottlenecks and implement proactive solutions to mitigate risk.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or lead role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and prepare systems for long-term evolution.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of architecting solutions for high-volume, high-availability environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
