Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and AI applications

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing experience with Qiskit/Cirq
- Published research in quantum algorithms or error correction
- Expertise in Python, C++, and high-performance computing
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics and linear algebra
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
- Strong track record of patentable innovations
- Exceptional problem-solving with complex systems
