- Develop and execute the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning business objectives with technical capabilities.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales leadership to prioritize initiatives based on ROI and strategic fit.
- Present complex strategic data and future projections to executive stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.
- Identify potential risks and mitigation strategies for long-term strategic projects.
- Oversee the transition of legacy systems to next-generation architectures by 2026.
- Drive cross-departmental alignment to ensure seamless execution of the annual vision.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or operations within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully defining and executing long-term strategic roadmaps (3+ years experience).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and forecast future trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Tableau).
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing external partnerships.
