- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen human-computer interaction systems
- Present future-state scenarios to executive leadership and board committees
- Partner with product teams to translate strategic vision into development priorities
- Build and maintain external innovation networks with academic and industry partners
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory impacts on technological adoption trajectories
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurism or horizon scanning
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Foresight
- Proven track record of implementing tech-driven business transformation
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTR, CFS)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation journals
- Experience scaling global innovation teams in Fortune 500 environments
