Responsibilities

- Secure $2M+ annual research grants from government and private entities

- Develop patentable quantum hardware interfaces and error-correction protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, or Qiskit)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Experience with superconducting qubit platforms or trapped-ion systems
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and statistical mechanics
- Demonstrated ability to secure federal research grants (NSF, DOE, DARPA)
