Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization problems in finance, logistics, and materials science
- Lead experimental validation of quantum computing protocols using superconducting qubit systems
- Collaborate with AI teams to develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks
- Publish research in top-tier journals and present findings at international conferences
- Secure federal and private research grants to advance quantum computing applications
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to our open-source quantum computing toolkit
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of industry research experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation environments
- Published record in quantum algorithm development or error correction techniques
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with high-performance computing clusters and parallel programming
