Responsibilities
- Lead 2026 Infrastructure Design: Architect scalable neural network architectures and distributed computing systems tailored for next-gen AI processing.
- Prompt Engineering & LLM Optimization: Develop sophisticated prompt strategies and fine-tune Large Language Models to maximize efficiency and output accuracy.
- Autonomous System Integration: Integrate computer vision and reinforcement learning modules into autonomous agent workflows.
- AI Ethics & Governance: Establish frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and compliance with future regulatory standards.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Future-Proofing R&D: Conduct research on emerging trends in AGI and quantum computing to prepare our roadmap.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on Deep Learning and AI systems architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- 2026 Readiness: Demonstrated experience with novel AI frameworks and a strong understanding of the upcoming AI regulatory and ethical landscape.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in high-pressure environments.
