Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the core infrastructure for Project 2026, focusing on high-availability and low-latency systems.
- Lead the design and deployment of scalable machine learning models and neural networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, and Design) to define technical requirements and roadmaps.
- Mentor and manage a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct code reviews, architecture reviews, and performance tuning to ensure system integrity.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and cloud computing to integrate cutting-edge technologies into our stack.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and security best practices.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Engineering Manager role.
- Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong background in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and high-scale data processing.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
