Responsibilities
- Lead quantum hardware/software integration projects targeting 2026 scalability milestones
- Design error correction protocols for 1000+ qubit systems

- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum information theory

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years hands-on quantum circuit design experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum assembly languages
- Experience with cryogenic quantum control systems
- Demonstrated ability to secure DOE/NIST quantum funding
- Strong background in topological quantum computing
