Qualifications

- Proven track record in quantum algorithm development and qubit manipulation
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing architectures
- Strong publication record in Nature/Science journals or equivalent top-tier venues
- Experience managing R&D teams and multi-million dollar budgets
