- Secure federal grants and venture capital for advanced research initiatives

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (10+ years experience)
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, Cirq)
- Track record of securing $1M+ in research funding
- Strong background in machine learning and high-performance computing
- Published 15+ peer-reviewed quantum computing papers
- Proven leadership managing 20+ person technical teams
