Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Vision: Lead the architectural design for our upcoming AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and resilience for high-traffic production environments.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Mentor senior engineers and collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Optimize Model Performance: Oversee the deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and computer vision systems, focusing on latency reduction, throughput optimization, and cost-efficiency.
- Establish Best Practices: Create and enforce coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and governance frameworks for AI ethics and safety.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership to drive buy-in for the 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining and delivering long-term technical roadmaps (e.g., 3-5 year horizons).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex system failures and innovate under pressure.
- Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical and business teams.
