Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI with 7+ years industry experience
- Published research in neural networks or quantum machine learning
- Proven track record of scaling AI solutions to enterprise level
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks (IEEE, EU AI Act compliance)
- Experience with generative AI deployment (GPT-4, Claude 3)
