Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning applications
- Develop error-corrected quantum circuits and optimize quantum gate operations
- Collaborate with physicists and software engineers to integrate quantum solutions with classical systems
- Conduct research on quantum hardware limitations and propose innovative mitigation strategies

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering with 3+ years of quantum computing experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and quantum circuit design
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics, quantum information theory, and quantum error correction
