Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives on quantum computing, neural interfaces, and synthetic biology convergence
- Partner with Fortune 500 CTOs to design enterprise adoption strategies for emerging tech
- Author annual 'State of 2026 Technology' reports influencing global policy
- Manage $5M+ R&D portfolio for prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Keynote at global innovation summits representing our future-vision framework
- Mentor PhD fellows in technology ethics and implementation governance
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Biotechnology, or Systems Engineering with 10+ years in emerging tech
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI-human integration or quantum applications
- Proven track record scaling technologies from lab to $1B+ market adoption
- Deep expertise in at least three of: neuromorphic computing, metamaterials, or generative AI
- Experience advising UN/WEF technology policy initiatives
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
