Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum-resistant cryptographic systems for enterprise clients
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions with classical infrastructure
- Develop proprietary quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Present breakthrough research at global tech conferences and academic symposiums
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computing principles and methodologies
- Secure patents for novel quantum hardware-software co-design approaches
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years designing quantum algorithms or quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, or Cirq)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Proficiency with NISQ-era quantum hardware (IBM Q, Rigetti, or IonQ)
- Certification in quantum security frameworks (e.g., NIST post-quantum standards)
- Experience with high-performance computing architectures and parallelization
