Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead R&D efforts for next-generation Generative AI and Large Language Models.
- Translate high-level business strategies into robust, long-term technical roadmaps.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define feature sets for the 2026 product line.
- Mentor and coach a team of elite engineers and data scientists.
- Ensure code quality, security, and performance standards across all AI projects.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience building production-level AI/ML systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving technical vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
