Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for 2026-era hardware constraints

- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum system integration and testing
- Research and mitigate quantum security vulnerabilities in existing infrastructures
- Create implementation blueprints for quantum-resistant cryptographic systems
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and research partners
- Publish findings in IEEE journals and industry whitepapers
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm design
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Proven track record of publishing in quantum computing research
- Experience with superconducting qubit systems and error correction techniques
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and 2026 hardware roadmaps
- Certification in quantum security protocols (e.g., Quantum Safe Alliance)
