Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with company vision and market evolution
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic adoption
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to anticipate industry disruptions and competitive threats
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of technology innovators and thought leaders
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate future technologies into core business operations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
