Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for practical applications in cryptography and optimization
- Lead experimental research on qubit coherence and error correction techniques
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to develop next-generation quantum processors

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and classical high-performance computing
- Published research in quantum information theory or quantum algorithms
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with quantum simulation tools and experimental quantum systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
