Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026 deployment
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum error correction protocols
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic system integration and optimization
- Establish security frameworks for quantum-resistant encryption systems
- Create quantum software development lifecycle methodologies
- Present architectural blueprints to C-suite and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development
- Proven experience with quantum error correction codes (surface, color, LDPC)
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering and superconducting qubit systems
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects across global teams
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
